RoundUp maintains a student's history from Kindergarten through 12th grade, including school hours, services provided, time with non-disabled peers (TWNDP) and every location change within the district.

K-12 Reports generates the files in the required formats to upload to your state reporting site and reduce time for your staff to meet reporting agency standards, including CT SEDAC, excess grant costs, CAPT and CMT submissions.

New reports can be developed for specific requirements by your RoundUp administrative staff or by K-12 when your state Department of Education issues a generic requirement. Student Count shows a breakdown of your Special Ed total enrollment by gender, ethnic group and numbers enrolled in each grade within the district.

Service Summary shows our detailed report of all services for each student by the service, service hours, location and Case Manager.

Services by School shows the total service hours given in each district location to allow you to plan for the transition of students and the requirements for service provider resources.
