K-12 IEP.web Overview

IEP.web is an application accessible on any Internet connected computer used by PPT/IEP staff members. Additional information can be found in our downloadable K-12 Product Information document.

Unique to
IEP.web is the use of Adobe Acrobat™ PDF forms that look and print exactly like your state forms on any connected printer without any formatting required. IEP Forms are PDF form documents, accessed and viewed using your web browser’s Acrobat Reader viewer, with features such as spell checking, zoom in and out, and more. Since data is entered into PDF Form fields in exactly the same layout as your State’s printed forms, user’s can work with the forms with little or no additional training.

The DRAFT at the bottom of the page allows your staff to print and distribute copies of the forms to the appropriate team members during the edit stage. Once the IEP is finalized and locked to prevent further changes, the DRAFT and designation showing who last printed the form will disappear for distribution to the parents and guardians.

Also unique to
IEP.web is a library of over 50 Goals and 3,000 Objectives that can be easily modified to reflect your district’s requirements. These Goals and Objectives are then available with a mouse click to reduce keyboard time and ensure compliance with government reporting standards. Your staff will quickly find Goals and Objectives that pertain to the specific IEP and add descriptive data to individualize them for each student.

When you submit the data you enter online, your IEPs are then uploaded to your District system. Your staff then opens the goal pages to individualize the goals and objectives.

IEP.web is accessible with an authorized name and password from any Internet connected computer and gives users the ability to have current IEPs at their fingertips and to add, modify and delete information in each form. Completed data is uploaded to the server for use by all approved teachers and Special Ed staff. Your staff can quickly find the students with pending IEPs to assist them with scheduling and contacting the PPT members.
